Return Policy

All items purchased are final sale. We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. Exchanges are not accepted. However, we will do our best to fix damage or mistakes made by the production company. We thank you for understanding this policy!

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our production company’s quality control they will provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file).

If your product arrived damaged or mislabeled, please let us know. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem.

Once we respond to you, please be ready to send us quality photos where we can clearly see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and have our supplier reship the product for you, if they agree that the product was damaged or mislabeled. Send us a message via this form and we will respond as soon as we can.

Once we have the description and photos, we will file a report with our production company. This must happen no later than 30 days after the product was received by you, our customer. We will reach back out to you with their response.
